Introducing Relm Reports.

NewDeep Research

Pick your AI for Deep Research — and more complete unit lists

Run Deep Research is now a dropdown — pick Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI GPT for any single run, or set a default in Settings. Plus larger condo and apartment buildings now recover the full unit list automatically.

1.3.0

Two changes to Deep Research land today.

Pick your AI provider for any run

The Run Deep Research button on every property is now a dropdown with three options:

  • Google Gemini — fastest end-to-end runtime; the default for new accounts.
  • Anthropic Claude — strongest at long-document synthesis and nuanced underwriting narratives.
  • OpenAI GPT — best for structured numeric reasoning and detail-heavy comp work.

Pick whichever you want for the next run. Your saved default — set in Settings → AI provider — stays put; this one click only changes the current run.

If you've been running Deep Research without ever opening the new menu, nothing changes: every existing account is on Google Gemini by default.

More complete unit lists on larger properties

Multifamily and condo towers with hundreds of historical listings now recover the full unit roster in a single Deep Research pass. Earlier runs on properties like 250–600-unit towers sometimes returned only the units currently listed for sale (10–20) and missed the rest; the upgraded discovery pipeline now sweeps every record matching the address, filters out parking and storage automatically, and surfaces penthouse and townhouse units alongside the numeric floors.

A 278-unit tower that previously came back with 10 units now comes back with the full 252-plus. No action needed — every Deep Research run from today forward picks up the new logic.
