AI-Powered Document Reading, Extraction, and Physical Retrieval
Upload rent rolls, P&L statements, offering memorandums, appraisals, and leases. Relm Pro reads every page using OCR and AI extraction, classifies each document, and makes the extracted data the highest-priority source for all analysis. Need county records? Request physical documents from any US county.
Key Capabilities
How Document Intelligence Works
When you upload a document, Relm Pro runs it through OCR if needed, then uses AI to classify the document type (rent roll, P&L, OM, lease, etc.) and extract structured data. The extracted values are stored in a vector database (Turbopuffer) for semantic search — so when the AI builds your pro-forma or answers a question, it can cite "page 3 of your rent roll" as its source. Your documents always take priority over public data sources.
Semantic Search & Citations
Every AI agent and the chat analyst can search your uploaded documents before making recommendations. If you ask "what's the average rent for 2-bedrooms?", the AI first checks your rent roll, then cross-references with market data, and presents both numbers. Document citations include the specific page, table, or section where the data was found.
Physical Record Retrieval
Need a deed, lien search, UCC filing, or building permit? Request any public record from any US county through Relm Pro. Our network of retrieval partners covers all 50 states. Physical documents are digitized via OCR, indexed, and fed directly into your property analysis — typically within 2-24 hours.
