Evan Robinson

CEO, Co-Founder

Evan began his career in public policy, working on zoning and housing reform at Los Angeles City Hall and on U.S. congressional campaigns before moving into growth strategy consulting for Fortune 100 companies at MediaLink. Drawing on experience across government, policy, and business strategy, he founded Relm to help unify the real estate ecosystem through automation and data intelligence. At Relm, he focuses on company strategy, product vision, and industry partnerships. Evan holds a B.A. in Political Science from New York University.

Jackson Reiter

COO, Co-Founder

Jackson began his career in marketing, working at advertising agencies and in-house at startup brands before transitioning into real estate. After growing up around construction sites through his father’s contracting practice, he became a licensed real estate agent in both New York and New Jersey, advising clients on residential, commercial, and investment transactions. At Relm, he focuses on operations, growth, and aligning the platform with the needs of real estate professionals. Jackson holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University.

Illya Nayshevsky, Ph.D.

CTO, Co-Founder

Illya began his career developing digital twin technology at The LiRo Group, an integrated construction, design, and technology solutions firm, before founding and operating a quantitative investment advisory firm in New York City. He has also built a portfolio of real estate investments, giving him a unique perspective at the intersection of technology and commercial real estate investing. At Relm, he leads product development and engineering. Illya earned his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the City University of New York.

Kristen Fortino

Founding Head of Partnerships

Kristen began her career in real estate strategy and operations, serving as VP of Business Strategy at Metropolis Group, where she worked across permitting, zoning, and code compliance with developers, architects, and city agencies. She later founded OnePoint Real Estate Group, a woman-owned firm focused on multifamily investment and code consulting. At Relm, she focuses on building strategic partnerships across the real estate ecosystem. Kristen holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University.
