How do pro-forma credits work?

Self-Serve users receive 3 pro-forma credits each month. Unused credits accumulate up to a maximum of 12. Each credit lets you generate a full 10-year pro-forma for one property. If you delete a property completely from your portfolio, the credit is restored. Enterprise users have unlimited pro-forma generation.

The Relm Report is a white-glove, human-reviewed investment report our team produces on top of the Relm Pro platform. You schedule a call, share your deal context and any documents, and a Relm analyst delivers a custom report tailored to your strategy. It's billed per report via invoice and requires an active Self-Serve or Enterprise subscription.

Can I upgrade from Self-Serve to Enterprise?

Yes — contact our sales team and we will transition your account seamlessly. Your existing data, portfolios, and analysis history all carry over.

What happens when I run out of pro-forma credits?

Accepted Answer

You can still access all existing analyses and data. New pro-forma generation will be paused until credits refill next month, or you can upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited generation.

Self-Serve plans include 1 seat. Additional seats are $49/month each. Enterprise plans have custom seat pricing for larger teams.
