How do credits work?

Self-Serve plans include 1,000 credits each month, and unused credits bank up to 4,000. Credits are charged based on the data and AI work each run actually delivers — a full property deep search (research plus a 10-year pro-forma) uses about 150 credits, so your monthly allowance covers roughly 6-7 full deep searches. Enterprise plans start with 5,000 credits and receive invoiced top-ups that never expire.

What is the Relm Report, and when should I order one?

The Relm Report is a human-reviewed diligence report our team produces on top of the Relm Pro platform. It's recommended when a Deep Search finds red flags, when the asset is live, or when the output will go to an IC, lender, LP, buyer, seller, or client. You schedule a call, share your deal context and any documents, and our team delivers a defensible report tailored to your strategy. It's billed per report via invoice and requires an active Self-Serve or Enterprise subscription.

Can my Self-Serve subscription count toward a Relm Report?

Yes — your first month of Self-Serve ($49) can be applied toward a full Relm Report purchased within 30 days. Mention it on your scoping call and we deduct it from the invoice.

Can I upgrade from Self-Serve to Enterprise?

Yes — contact our sales team and we will transition your account seamlessly. Your existing data, portfolios, and analysis history all carry over.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

You can still access all existing analyses and data. New analyses pause until credits refill next month — or you can buy a top-up pack on the Billing page (top-ups apply instantly and never expire), or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited generation.

Can I add more team members?

Self-Serve plans include 1 seat. Additional seats are $49/month each. Enterprise plans have custom seat pricing for larger teams.
