What you get

- Reviewed before it reaches you. Every report passes a human review pass for accuracy and completeness before delivery. Nothing lands in your portfolio until it's been checked.
- Three report types. Choose a Relm Report (single-property deep dive), a Portfolio Health Check (across your holdings), or a Custom report scoped to exactly what you need.
- It lives with the property. The finished report appears in the property workspace alongside Deep Research and your pro-forma — not in a separate inbox to dig through.
Ask your report anything
Open any delivered report and chat with it. Ask "what's the Year-1 NOI and where does it come from?" or "summarize the downside risks," and get an instant answer — with every figure traceable back to its document or data source, the same standard as the rest of Relm.
Request changes in plain language
Need something adjusted? Request a revision in plain language — "add a section on flood risk," "re-run the rent comps," "tighten the executive summary" — and Relm updates the report and re-delivers it. Each revision is saved as a new version, so you always have the latest while keeping the full history.
