- Answers in Report Chat render with real formatting (lists, headings, emphasis) instead of flat plain text.
- Citations we cannot pin to a place in the PDF stay out of the way — no more dead highlight links.
- Uploading and versioning deliverables is clearer for the Relm team when a report does not have a file yet.
