Two fixes in the workspace, both cases of the app knowing something and not saying it.
The Demo Portfolio is ours, not yours
Every new workspace is seeded with a sample Demo Portfolio so you can look around without spending credits. On the Self-Serve plan that sample was being counted against your own portfolio allowance — so New portfolio and Add to Portfolio simply disappeared, with no message explaining why. The demo no longer counts. If you hit this, your create controls are back.
Area Statistics with city data only
When research returns city and ZIP-level figures but not the neighbourhood block, the Area Statistics card used to show a grey No data pill over a card full of real numbers, refuse to open, and serve an empty section page. It now renders what it has, on all three surfaces.
Also fixed: the bullet list on a locked chat panel no longer looks pressable, so it stops inviting clicks it cannot answer.
