- With one billed year and no completed research, the card now shows the locked teaser — the same treatment as Unit Details — instead of a dollar figure that reads like a conclusion.
- The count behind that lock only counts years with an actual tax bill. It used to include years that carried an assessed value and no bill, which let the headline reappear over an empty chart.
- Once Deep Search has run and one billed year is genuinely all there is, the headline shows. At that point it is the answer.
