The Financial tab has waited for research since August. The Generate Pro-Forma button on the property overview was the one surface that never got the same guard — so it invited a run that could only produce an empty model.
- No research yet: the button is disabled and says Deep Search comes first.
- Deep Search running: it offers to run automatically when ready, so the pro-forma follows the research without you waiting on the page.
- The workspace cannot pay for the run: it says so up front and links to billing, instead of failing after you press it.
Also fixed: the docked progress card counts finished sections correctly. It could previously read "0 of 8" on a run that was nearly done.
