A busy moment could make Add to Portfolio take longer than the page was willing to wait. It then said "failed, please try again" about a property that appeared in the portfolio half a minute later — and a retry added it twice.
- When an add takes too long to confirm, Relm re-checks the portfolio before saying anything. If it landed, you carry straight on to the property.
- If the outcome is genuinely unknown, that is what it says: refresh the portfolio before trying again, so you do not add the same property twice. It no longer claims a failure it cannot prove.
