A control that reports success it did not achieve is worse than one that fails loudly.
- Stop on a portfolio property card now ends every part of the run. It previously sent an incomplete request, which the card ignored the failure of — so research carried on while the card claimed it had stopped.
- If a stop does not land, the property stays showing as researching, so you can see that it is still going and try again.
