This updates the free-credits announcement from July. The starter grant moved from 1,000 to 500 and then to 250 as we tuned it against what a first look at the product actually costs.
- New accounts start with 250 free credits, no card required — enough to search a property, run Deep Search, and see a real pro-forma take shape.
- Paid Self-Serve is unchanged: 1,000 credits a month, banking up to 4,000.
- Sign-up and the pricing pages now read the live number rather than a figure typed into each page by hand. That hand-typing is why the pricing page kept advertising 1,000 for days after the grant had moved.
Weighted credits mean a typical property lands around 100–300 credits, so a starter balance is a real look at the product rather than a countdown. When it runs out, Settings → Billing is one click away.
