The analysis Relm runs on a property has a name: the Intel Report. It is the same research, compiled from live sources the moment you ask for it — location, images, descriptive info, tax history, points of interest, area statistics, comparable properties, unit details, area news, and a written Property Briefing that reads the whole picture back to you.
Adding a property is quicker to get through:
- The setup screen tells you what is coming. Instead of ten empty cards, you see what the Intel Report will compile — and the cards fill in as soon as the run starts.
- Documents are marked optional, because they are. Attach a rent roll or an offering memorandum for a sharper pro-forma, or skip straight to the run.
- One less step to read. The redundant step counter is gone and the address header is tighter, so the whole flow fits higher on the screen.
New: set a property to auto update. Tick the box before you start and Relm re-runs the Intel Report on a cadence you choose — monthly by default, or weekly or daily — and updates the property with what changed. You can change or stop it any time from Monitor Property.
The address search now says what Relm is for, and confirming an address is labelled as its own step.
