A security claim is only worth something if you can rely on it, so we went looking for the ones we could not back up.
Sign-in
Team members sign in with email and password, a one-time email code, or a Google or Apple account, and role-based access control decides what each of them can see. Relm does not yet offer enterprise single sign-on (SAML), automated user provisioning (SCIM), Microsoft sign-in, or a second sign-in factor. The enterprise security page, the About page, onboarding, and several help articles said otherwise. They now describe what exists: the help articles were corrected first, and the rest ships with this release.
AI training
Where our pages promised that Relm never trains AI on your data, they now say without your consent, to match the Privacy Policy. Your documents and personal information are never used to train AI models without your explicit consent, and de-identified chat and usage data are used only if you turn on the AI training option in cookie settings.
Privacy and Cookie Policies
Both are rewritten and dated September 25, 2026. They describe what relm.ai collects and why, name the analytics and advertising measurement the site uses, and say plainly what your cookie choices do and do not control. Read the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
