Assessors often publish a property's assessment long before its tax bill, and in some places the bill is never published at all. On those properties Tax History contradicted itself: the overview card said Nothing found while the detail page showed years of assessed values.
- The card and the detail page agree. A history with no tax bill leads with the figure the records do carry — usually the assessed value — and labels it, down to the change tiles: "Assessed value · 2024 → 2025".
- An empty tile says why. The tax bill tile reads No tax bill in the records found instead of a dash.
- No phantom axis. The trends chart stops drawing a tax-bill scale for a series with no bills in it.
Also fixed, on every section page: a section that has finished no longer shows Analyzing… and Stop while the rest of the property is still running.
