The relm.ai homepage now starts with the property you came for. Type any U.S. address into the box at the top and Relm takes it from there:
- Already signed in? You land on that property right away.
- Have an account but signed out? Sign in and you land on it — the sign-in screen shows the address it is waiting to open.
- New to Relm? Create your account and set up your workspace, and the address comes with you the whole way.
Once the property is on screen, Relm asks whether to add it to a portfolio. If you have one portfolio, it is one click; with none, Relm creates your first one; with several, you pick. Adding a property uses no credits — research only starts when you run it. You can also say "Not now" and carry on.
If an address is ambiguous, Relm shows the likely matches to choose from instead of guessing, and if it cannot find the address, you can correct it right there.
