On some properties the overview Tax History card and the Tax History page disagreed. After a reload the card could lock a researched tax year behind Unlocks with the Intel Report while the page showed that year's bill.
- Same latest bill, same year. Once an Intel Report has run, the card headlines the bill and year the page's Tax Summary does.
- Official figures only. Tax History shows only amounts and values from official city, county or assessor records. A figure found only on a listing or records site is not shown. When no year has an official bill, the card and the page say No official tax bills found for this property.
