Three fixes to the property workspace:
- You can tell when figures are being refreshed. While a section is being re-researched, its page dims the previous figures and shows an Updating… label, so they no longer read as final. Rerunning one section leaves every other section page at full contrast, and pressing Stop brings the page back straight away.
- Households appear once. The overview Area Statistics card no longer prints the household count twice. The split of households with and without children is now labelled Households with children.
- One year of taxes, explained. A Tax History card with only one year on record says a trend appears once two years of the same figure are on record, and shows that year's official market value when it differs from the assessed value, instead of leaving the card blank.
