Adding a property put several choices in front of you at once. It now asks one thing at a time.
- One button on each screen. The first screen has Continue, and the second has Run Intel Report. You no longer have to decide between two buttons that both move you forward.
- It still takes one screen to start. You do not need any documents, and the screen says so: Continue takes you straight to the start button, and a report usually takes 5–15 minutes.
- Fewer boxes to read before you start. The review screen no longer repeats which AI model will run — that is a setting, and it lives in Settings → AI provider. The documents summary now spans the full width instead of sitting in half a row.
- Nothing else competing for attention. The Relm Report is no longer offered on the setup screen. You can still request one from any analysed property, from the Features pages, or by scheduling a call with us.
- On a phone, the button stays with you. Continue, and later Back and Run Intel Report, sit at the bottom of the screen while you scroll, clear of the home bar. The Upload documents button now sits right under the heading, above the explanation, so you can see it without reading first.
- The chat button is back in the corner. On every device, the round chat button sits in the bottom-right corner of the screen instead of floating above it, and it steps up out of the way when a bar appears along the bottom.
