Three small fixes that make the property workspace easier to trust at a glance.
- Gross Potential Income is the GPI line. Editing other income no longer folds that amount into the number labeled Gross Potential Income. Total Income still includes other income; NOI and value are unchanged.
- The property header stacks when space is tight. On a narrow window the actions move under the title instead of crowding it, including with chat open.
- Softer tax wording. When tax records are withheld for a property, the card, detail notice and tooltip now say "Tax data unavailable for this property." The withhold rules themselves are unchanged.
