A few fixes that make reports and settings more dependable.
- Reports no longer get stuck in progress. Financials that run on their own after a report now finish or end cleanly instead of spinning forever.
- A stalled report clears and refunds once. If a report stalls, it now shows a clear error instead of a spinner, and its credits come back to your balance exactly once.
- The right management fee. When financials are refreshed, the management fee keeps the same percentage and applies it to the current income, so the fee matches the numbers on the page.
- Settings tabs respond instantly. Clicking a tab in Settings shows loading feedback right away, and quick repeat clicks no longer pile up.
