Clearer credits, resume after a top-up, and expense rows you can exclude

Runs pick up on the same card after you top up, property credits show what you actually paid, and you can leave an expense row out of the pro-forma totals without losing its numbers.

1.20.0

Credits and trials behave more predictably, and the pro-forma gets a few long-requested touches.

  • A clear screen when your trial ends. When a trial ends, you see a Your trial has ended screen, and new runs are paused until you subscribe. Your properties and reports stay safe.
  • No new runs on an empty balance. A run can't start when your credit balance is zero or below. Top up first and it starts as usual.
  • Top up and carry on. A run paused for credits continues on the same card after you top up. Its progress, your balance and the portfolio tile all update without a page reload.
  • Property credits show what you paid. Each run's credits now show the amount charged minus any refund or credit we covered, with a short note such as "refunded 18" or "covered by credit 12".
  • Leave an expense out of the totals. In Edit Mode, untick the box next to an expense row to exclude it. It counts as 0 in NOI, portfolio totals and exports, its values are kept, and ticking it again brings them back.
  • Pro-forma and property page polish. The pro-forma toolbar stays at the top while you scroll, including in Work Mode. A small arrow appears when you hover a row that opens its details. Overview cards are reordered (Taxes and Comps, then Area stats and Points of Interest), and half-width cards share one height, with an Expand button to open the full section.
