Data research controls are in credits

Billing → Data research now shows what metered lookups cost in credits, with a monthly credit cap, a per-lookup confirmation threshold, premium and connected-account switches, and a direct path to buy more credits. No dollar figures.

What changed

Your organisation buys and spends credits, so the guardrails for data research are credits too. The old dollar fields are gone.

  • Spent this month — credits charged to metered lookups, with the number of lookups behind the figure. Public records from open-data endpoints stay free; premium datasets and portal sessions through a connected account are what meters.
  • Monthly cap (credits) — metered research pauses for the month once data-research spend reaches it. Leave it empty for no cap; your balance is still the hard stop.
  • Confirm lookups over (credits) — a single lookup estimated above this asks before it fetches. About 150 credits is one full property analysis.
  • Allow premium sources and Allow connected-account fetches — org-wide switches. Turning connected accounts off means Relm never signs in with the portal logins stored under Third-Party Services.
  • Buy more credits — one tap from the page for self-serve plans.

Controls are saved for the whole org; members see the effective limits, org admins change them.
