What changed
The Relm Data (Public records bundle) library under Settings → Third-Party Services was a plain table with two dropdowns. It now reads at a glance and narrows in one tap.
- Search as you type across source name, publisher, city and endpoint.
- Filter pills for State, Topic, Access (API / Browser / Download), Status (live with data, throttled, unreachable, …) and Platform (Socrata, ArcGIS, OpenGov, …). Pills combine; Clear resets them all.
- Each row shows its topic, access method and last test result as colour-coded pills — green for live with data, amber for throttled or needs-agreement, red for unreachable or bot-walled — with the record count aligned on the right.
Nothing about the sources themselves changed; this is the same catalog, easier to read.
