What changed
- Data lookups use credits. When your API key or a connected AI assistant pulls data, each call now uses credits: an address preview or a property record 5, a public-records lookup or a document search 1, a public-records question 10. A repeat call costs the same as the first. Reading what is already in your workspace — properties, reports, pro-formas, portfolios, your balance — stays free, and so does browsing the public-records library.
- Your assistant can tell you what a task cost. Every paid answer says how many credits it used, and the Billing page lists these lookups as one line a day.
- Full lists, page by page. Building records, violations and property records used to stop at the first 25 rows. They now come in pages, and the assistant is told how to fetch the next one, so it can gather the whole list through Relm.
- An empty balance stops lookups. With no credits left, a lookup is refused before anything runs, and the assistant shows how to top up.
