What changed
- A chat that is not tied to a property. Open Research in the top bar and ask about a whole city or market. You no longer need to add a property first.
- Built for the questions around a deal. Find open RFPs and lease solicitations, catch up on zoning hearings, check what a city's zoning code says about a use, or look into owners and markets.
- Your research is saved. Every conversation is kept in a history list, shared with your workspace. Pick one up later, or start a new one.
- Works on your phone and tablet. The history opens from a drawer on smaller screens.
Questions are charged in credits, the same as asking about a property.
