What changed
- Your portfolios, in the chat. Ask about any portfolio or property in your workspace, for example "show me all the violations in this portfolio" or "across these three portfolios". A property whose records have not been pulled yet is listed as not checked, never as clean.
- Compare properties. Put two or more properties side by side, or build a comparative DCF from their saved pro-formas. If a property has no pro-forma yet, the chat says so and offers to build one.
- Download the result. Ask for a Word, PDF or Excel file and a download card appears in the chat.
- Act from the chat. Create a portfolio, add an address, start an Intel Report or a pro-forma. Nothing runs until you click Confirm, and paid steps show their credit cost first.
- Attach a document. Use the paperclip to add a file to one of your properties while you chat.
- Leave and come back. If you leave the chat while it is answering, the answer keeps going and is waiting for you when you return. The steps the chat took now fold into one line you can expand.
Reading your own data is free; questions are charged in credits as before.
