What changed
- Property type from your rent roll. When your uploaded rent roll shows a property is commercial though the parcel record says residential, Basic Info shows the type the pro-forma underwrites, with a note saying it came from your documents.
- Unit count from your rent roll. For a property whose rent roll is entirely commercial leases, Basic Info shows the rent roll's count of spaces, the same number as the Units card.
- Reopened chats finish. A property chat or Research chat you reopen while it is answering now finishes the answer instead of stopping partway.
- Taxes insights. The Taxes page shows its own insights again, and an estimate is never credited to a source.
- Public records. The line under a record's title is always a real date, and badges such as Nearby building always show in full, even next to a long title.
- Adding a property. Clicking a row marked Added opens the property that is already in your portfolio.
