What changed
- Edit in place. Change a workbook cell from its formula bar, or the text of a report block, right in the panel. Older versions are read-only; restore one to edit it.
- Point at what to change. Select a block or a range of cells and a chip appears above the message box, so your next question is about exactly that part.
- See what changed. A Changes tab compares two versions: the figures that moved first, then everything else. Name a version, or restore an earlier one; restoring adds a new version and deletes nothing.
- Review the assistant's edits. A Suggestions tab lists proposed changes with their reasons, to accept or reject. Undo this change takes back the assistant's newest version while it is still the current one.
- Comments. Comment on a block, a range or the whole document, and resolve comments when they are done.
- Alternatives without losing the original. A variant links back to the document it came from, and the original lists its variants.
- Files on the chat, not a property. Files you attach stay with the conversation and are listed under Sources, where you can link one to a property or import a spreadsheet as a workbook. A document whose source has changed shows Out of date with a Refresh button.
- Branding and templates. Admins set your workspace's report branding in Settings. Save any document as a template, then start a new chat from it with New from template.
- Charts and PowerPoint. Workbook charts appear above their sheet, each with a Show data table. Research can also build PowerPoint decks.
Editing, comments and opening documents are free; questions and builds use credits.
