What changed
- Every scenario, side by side. A suggested change to a workbook that has a scenario selector (Base, Upside, Downside and so on) now shows a small table on the suggestion: one row per result and one column per scenario.
- Key results first. The table opens on the portfolio-level results, such as IRR, equity multiple, value and NOI. Show all lists every result the model produces, with each property's rows named by their sheet.
- Labelled "If accepted". The figures are what the workbook would show after you accept the change, not what it shows today. The scenario the workbook is set to is marked.
- Calculated, never guessed. Every figure comes from running your model under each scenario, shown exactly as the workbook formats it. If a scenario could not be calculated, the table says so instead of showing a number.
- Works on a phone. A wide table scrolls sideways inside the suggestion, with the result names staying in place.
Reviewing a suggestion is free.
