Research: suggestions put the decision first

A suggested change to a workbook now shows its scenario results and the Accept and Reject buttons first. The long lists of figures and cells that change are folded underneath, with a count, until you open them.

1.36.1

What changed

  • Decide without scrolling. A suggestion now reads top to bottom: what it changes and why, the results for each scenario, then Accept and Reject. On a large model you no longer scroll past hundreds of changed cells to reach the buttons.
  • Details on request. Numbers that moved and What else changed are folded, each with a count, such as "60 results change". Open either one when you want the detail.
  • Readable figures. Each result is listed by its name in the model, such as "Portfolio Levered IRR", with the portfolio-level results first, and each figure is shown the way its cell shows it, such as "(1.64%) → 8.60%".
  • Cells by sheet. Changed cells are grouped by sheet, with a count for each. When a change touches more cells than the list can hold, the suggestion says so instead of showing a smaller number.

Reviewing a suggestion is free.
