What changed
- Every Confirm counts. If you confirm more than one Research card while an answer is still being written, Research now continues from all of them in one follow-up. The last confirm used to replace the earlier ones, so later cards never reached the next step.
- A finished report stays finished. Reopening a property after its Intel Report has already finished no longer pops the docked card as Research complete.
- No invented underwriting numbers. When a workbook's rent, tax, insurance or operating costs were estimated or fictional — and you did not ask for a sample model — the card says the pro-forma was not run, or shows the fictional banner, instead of NOI and profit.
