Relm in your AI assistant (MCP): safer adds, fuller NYC records, clearer pro-formas

For assistants connected to Relm over MCP: only a looked-up address can be added to a portfolio, removing a property removes its documents from search, pro-formas mark excluded lines, and NYC records include DOB Safety Violations.

For AI assistants connected to Relm through MCP:

  • Only real addresses are added. add_to_portfolio now refuses an address that was never looked up, instead of adding it and researching it in the background.
  • Removing a property removes it everywhere. remove_from_portfolio says it permanently deletes the property's Deep Search, pro-forma and stored records, and a document search no longer returns documents from a property that was removed.
  • Pro-formas mark what the totals leave out. get_proforma marks an excluded expense, and a line set to zero for a building of that size (such as consulting fees), which the totals already omit.
  • Fuller NYC public records. Answers about a New York City building now include DOB Safety Violations, and keep the description, status and dates of the building's own records.
