When you uploaded a rent roll that lists only a few of a building's units — two lines for a building other sources count at 20 or more — the Units section used to treat those few lines as the whole building. Their rents are now used as income evidence, and the building keeps its unit count. A rent roll close to the building's count is still used as the full list.
