- Set it once. On Settings → Billing, an admin picks a credit pack, the balance that triggers a top-up, and a monthly spend limit, or No limit. The card shows what it will do, what it spent this month and the card it charges.
- Nothing stops. When the balance runs low, the pack is charged to your card and the credits arrive right away. Paused work picks up on its own.
- If a charge fails, admins get a notice and an email. Relm tries again after an hour, six hours and a day, and you can retry or update the card from the Billing page.
- Bigger packs. Credit packs of 5,000 and 10,000 credits are available for auto top-up and one-time purchases. Packs show their credits and price only.
- Chat and connected tools say when auto top-up is adding credits, or how to turn it on when you run out.

Auto top-up keeps your work running
Admins can turn on auto top-up: when your balance falls below a number you choose, Relm buys the credit pack you picked with the card on file, up to a monthly limit or with no limit.
