Adding your first property, document uploads and other fixes

Add to Portfolio works for new addresses. An address nobody had looked up before could not be added to any portfolio, and the message blamed your organization. It adds again, and an address problem is no longer reported as a portfolio problem.
"Create a portfolio and add" no longer gets stuck. If adding the property failed after the portfolio was created, pressing the button again now adds to that portfolio instead of saying the name is taken.
Large document batches upload in full. Files now go up a few at a time and wait their turn when the upload limit is reached, instead of failing.
Delete and Re-index tell you what happened. A delete that did not go through keeps the dialog open with the reason, and Re-index confirms it started or says it failed.
"Skip for now" at sign-up always takes you to your dashboard.
Maps show "Map unavailable" instead of an error panel when the map service refuses to load.
