A property keeps changing after the first look: a reassessment lands, units turn over, a comparable trades. Monitoring keeps its Intel Report current without anyone having to remember to press Run.
Monitor Property
Press Monitor Property in the property header, choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, and press Start monitoring. Each scheduled run is an ordinary Intel Report, so it covers everything a run you start yourself does.
From then on the header reads Monitoring · Weekly (or Monitoring paused), and the panel shows:
- Frequency, Next run, Status, and Last run.
- What's changed since the previous run.
- Previous runs, so you see the history rather than only the latest.
- Run now, Pause and Resume, a new frequency, and Stop monitoring.
Alerts only when something material changes
Tick Notify me of changes to get an email and an in-app alert when a run changes the property's details, taxes, units, comparables, or financials. It is off until you turn it on, and scheduled runs skip the usual "ready" email, so a run that finds nothing stays quiet.
Credits
A scheduled run uses credits the same way a run you start does. It will not start on an empty balance: that occurrence is skipped rather than charged, and monitoring carries on at the next one.
Monitoring is labelled Beta while it is new, and it is not offered on the Demo Portfolio. The auto-update box in the Intel Report setup turns on the same monitoring, and the guided tour now ends on it.
Also new: a portfolio lists its most recently updated properties first. An Intel Report run moves a property up as its sections land, so the one with news on it is near the top.
