The Relm Pro taskpane is the panel that appears on the right side of Excel after you click Open Taskpane in the Relm ribbon tab. This page is a quick orientation to what's in it.
Top bar
- Workspace selector — switch between organizations if you're a member of more than one.
- Property selector — pick which property's data the taskpane is currently scoped to. By default, it's the property whose pro-forma you most recently exported.
- Avatar / account menu — sign out, switch accounts, see version.
Property summary
A compact summary of the currently-selected property:
- Address
- Asset class, units, year built
- Last research run timestamp
- Pro-forma generation status
Click the property name to open the property in a browser tab — useful for cross-referencing the workspace UI.
Action sections
Below the summary, the taskpane has action sections:
Import
- Import All Data — pulls the property's full pro-forma into the active worksheet. See Import All Data.
- Import single section — pulls just one section (just the rent roll, just the comps).
Pro-forma
- Shows the pro-forma's headline metrics (NOI, NCF, IRR, equity multiple).
- Pro-forma in Excel — opens a side-by-side preview of the cloud pro-forma against your worksheet. See Pro-forma in Excel.
Push-back
- Push to cloud — sync edits you've made in the worksheet back to Relm. See Push-back to cloud.
- History — last few syncs in either direction.
Chat (compact)
A compact version of the property's chat panel, scoped to the current property. The same conversations sync between the web app and the Excel taskpane.
Bottom bar
- Help — opens this help center.
- Send feedback — quick path to the support form.
- Status — link to /status.
Property switching
You can switch the taskpane to a different property at any time. Doing so:
- Updates the property summary.
- Resets the chat thread to the new property's history.
- Does not modify your worksheet — Excel content is yours, controlled by the import/push-back flows explicitly.
Sign-out & re-sign-in
Click your avatar → Sign out to drop the session. The taskpane returns to the device-link sign-in screen. See Sign in via device link.
