After your Relm Report is delivered, you have two rounds of revisions included. This page explains the revision process and the formats we deliver in.
Revisions
A revision is a request for changes to the delivered Report:
- Numerical corrections — "the rent roll has been updated; please re-run the GPR with the new doc."
- Narrative changes — "soften the risk language", "add a paragraph on the tax-abatement scenario."
- Section reorders — "move the recommendation to the top".
- Adding a section — within scope; out-of-scope additions may bill extra.
How to request
Reply on the same chat channel or email thread you've been using. Specify what you want changed; if it's a cell value, say which one and what the new source is.
Turnaround on revisions
- Round 1 revisions — usually 1–2 business days.
- Round 2 revisions — usually 1 business day.
- Beyond round 2 — billable separately, scoped per request.
What's in scope
The two included revision rounds cover:
- Corrections to factual errors.
- Reasonable narrative tuning.
- Reasonable formatting adjustments.
- Light scope additions (a new comp, a tightened risk).
What's typically out of scope
- A re-pricing of the deal at materially different assumptions (that's effectively a new Report).
- Adding entirely new sections (ESG, regulatory analysis, market deep-dive) that weren't in the SOW.
- Re-formatting into a fundamentally different template than what was scoped.
We'll always tell you up-front if a revision request is going to bill extra; nothing surprises you.
Delivery formats
Every Report is delivered in:
- PDF — the canonical format. Default branding is Relm-neutral.
- Word (.docx) — on request. Editable in your firm's tooling.
- Source markdown — for technically-inclined teams. Optional.
Optional supplementary files:
- Excel pro-forma — the underlying model, exported the same way as the in-app Excel export.
- Citations CSV — every cited source in tabular form.
Branding
Three options:
- Relm-neutral (default) — clean professional template, Relm logo small in the footer.
- Co-branded — your logo + "in collaboration with Relm" on the cover page.
- Your-firm-branded — supply your template; the analyst lays the content into it. Adds a small fee.
Confidentiality
Reports are confidential between Relm and your firm. We never reuse content from one Report for another customer's deliverable. The underlying property data stays inside your Relm org.
If you've subscribed to the data-residency add-on (EU-only deployment), Reports are produced inside the same residency boundary.
