Getting onto Relm Pro takes about two minutes. Here's the path.
1. Pick a plan on /pricing
Head to /pricing and choose Self-Serve or Enterprise. Self-Serve goes through a secure self-checkout. Enterprise routes you to schedule a call with our team — we'll match you to a plan and set up your organization manually.
If you've been invited by a teammate, skip this step and click the link in your invite email instead.
2. Create your account
Sign-up runs through our SOC 2-compliant identity provider. You'll either:
- Sign in with Google — fastest path, no password to remember.
- Sign in with email — we'll send a one-time code; type it in and you're done.
- Sign in with email + password — old-school, fully supported.
You can add multi-factor authentication right after sign-up; we strongly recommend it. See Multi-factor authentication.
3. Land on the dashboard
Once you're authenticated, Relm drops you on /dash — your home view. From here you can:
- Search for an address to start a new property.
- Open one of the Recent searches if you'd already started before sign-up.
- Click into a portfolio (you'll have a default one created for you).
If you arrived through Self-Serve checkout, your subscription is already active. The first pro-forma credit hits your account immediately.
4. Confirm your email
We send a single verification email to confirm the address. Click the link inside. You can keep using Relm before clicking, but billing notifications and member invites assume the address is verified.
If you don't see the email, check spam. If it's still missing after five minutes, contact support — it's almost always a corporate filter rather than a Relm issue.
What about an organization?
Self-Serve users get an organization auto-created on first sign-in (named after your account). Enterprise users get the org provisioned by our team during the call.
You can rename your organization any time from Settings → Members & Invitations. See Create your organization for the details.
Common issues at sign-up
- "This email is already in use." You probably already have a Relm account. Use Sign in instead of Sign up, or reach out to support to recover access.
- Sign-in succeeds but the dashboard shows "Subscription required." Self-Serve checkout didn't complete. Re-open the checkout link from your email or restart from /pricing.
- You signed up but expected to be on someone else's team. You're in your own org by default; ask the org admin on your team to invite your email. See Invite a teammate.
Once you're in, take the product tour.
