Self-Serve — $49/month

For analysts and small teams running a handful of deals at a time. You get one portfolio, three pro-forma generations per month (banked up to 12), one seat included with optional additional seats at $49/each. The Excel add-in is included.

Best for: independent analysts, brokers building investment-grade comps, anyone evaluating Relm before rolling out to a larger team.

Enterprise — Custom

For acquisitions teams that screen at scale. Unlimited portfolios, unlimited pro-formas, unlimited seats, priority support, and access to add-ons like a private dedicated server and a private database. Pricing scales with your usage.

Best for: GPs, REITs, family offices, multifamily operators with active deal pipelines.

Relm Report — Per report

A custom, human-reviewed property analysis delivered by the Relm research team. We use the same engine that powers Relm Pro, but a human analyst validates every assumption and tunes the narrative. The deliverable is a polished PDF or Word document suitable to attach to an IC memo.

Best for: deals where you need a defensible third-party perspective without commissioning a full appraisal.

Switching plans

You can move from Self-Serve to Enterprise (or vice versa) at any time from Settings → Billing. Mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. See Upgrade or downgrade for the step-by-step.

What's not included

  • White-label / re-skinning — that's an Enterprise conversation; reach out to sales.
  • API access for embedding pro-formas elsewhere — also Enterprise; talk to your account contact.
  • Mobile app — Relm Pro is browser + Excel only today.
