The Self-Serve plan is Relm Pro for individual analysts and small teams. $49/month, full access to the platform, with sensible quotas to keep pricing predictable.
What's included
- 1 portfolio.
- 1,000 free credits on signup (no credit card required), then 1,000 credits per month banked up to 4,000 — enough for about six to seven full property analyses. Top-up packs are available on the Billing page if you need more. See Credits explained.
- 1 seat included, with optional additional seats at $49/each.
- Excel add-in included.
- All AI features — Deep Search, AI Summary, agentic chat, document Q&A.
- Standard support via the in-app form.
What's not included
- Multiple portfolios — that's Enterprise.
- Unlimited analyses — Self-Serve runs on credits (top-up packs can extend a month, but only Enterprise is unlimited).
- Private / dedicated server — Enterprise add-on.
- Priority support — Enterprise.
- Org-wide MFA enforcement — Enterprise.
- Custom DPA / BAA — Enterprise.
Who it's for
- Independent analysts evaluating a handful of deals at a time.
- Brokers building investment-grade comps for client meetings.
- Anyone evaluating Relm Pro before rolling out to a larger team.
How billing works
- Charged $49/month to your card or ACH account.
- Pro-rated when you start mid-month.
- Cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the billing cycle, then ends.
- Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
See Manage your subscription for the billing portal flow.
From /pricing, click Start free (or Get Started). You can create an account with no card and receive 1,000 free credits immediately. When you upgrade to paid Self-Serve through checkout, your subscription activates and the monthly 1,000-credit grant takes over.
Adding seats
If you want a second person on your team using the same organization:
- Go to Settings → Members & Invitations.
- Add the teammate's email.
- They get an invite; once they accept, your seat count goes up by 1 and your subscription is updated to $49 × seat-count.
See Invite a teammate.
Switching to Enterprise
Move to Enterprise from Settings → Billing → Plan. You'll be prompted to schedule a call with sales (Enterprise plans are quoted, not self-checkout). Your data and properties move to the new plan without interruption.
See Upgrade or downgrade.
