The Enterprise plan is Relm Pro for acquisition teams that screen at scale. Pricing is custom and based on your usage profile. This page summarizes what changes vs Self-Serve.
What's included
- Unlimited portfolios.
- Unlimited pro-forma generations — no credit accounting.
- Unlimited seats.
- Excel add-in included for every seat.
- All AI features — same as Self-Serve.
- Priority support via a dedicated chat channel or named-account email.
- Org-wide policy controls — enforce MFA, configure session timeouts, manage SSO.
- Custom DPA, BAA, security questionnaire support.
- Higher concurrency on Deep Research jobs vs Self-Serve.
Add-ons
- Private / dedicated server — your own agent compute, isolated from the shared pool. See Private / Dedicated server add-on.
- Private database — isolated database cluster scoped to your org.
- Single sign-on (SSO) — SAML/OIDC integration with all major enterprise identity providers.
- EU residency — EU-only deployment for European customers.
- Higher SLA — uptime and support response commitments.
Who it's for
- GPs, REITs, family offices, multifamily operators with active deal pipelines.
- Teams of 5+ evaluating dozens of deals concurrently.
- Buyers with a security or compliance regime that requires SOC 2, DPA, custom data residency, or SSO.
Pricing
Enterprise pricing is custom. The factors we look at:
- Number of seats.
- Expected pro-forma volume.
- Add-ons (private server, private DB, EU residency, SSO).
- SLA / support tier.
Pricing is annual by default; a contract is signed and billing happens via invoice or ACH.
How to get started
From /pricing, click Schedule a Call under Enterprise — or email sales@relm.ai. We'll set up a 30-minute call to scope the deployment.
Existing Self-Serve customers can move to Enterprise from Settings → Billing → Plan, which routes through the same scheduling flow. Your data and properties transition without interruption.
What's not Enterprise-specific
- The product itself is the same. Self-Serve and Enterprise customers use the same UI, the same agents, the same pro-forma engine. Enterprise is about quota, support, and add-ons — not different software.
