A "seat" in Relm Pro is one user with a member or admin role in your organization. Self-Serve includes one seat in the $49/month base price; additional seats are $49/month each. On Enterprise, the number of seats and their price are set in your contract.
How seats are counted
- Your plan has a set number of seats. The Team Members page shows how many you're using, for example "3 / 4 seats used".
- Every active member — Admin or Member — uses one seat.
- Pending invites don't use a seat until they're accepted, but you need a free seat to send one.
- Removing a member frees their seat for someone else. It doesn't change what you pay.
So if your org has 4 active people (1 admin + 3 members), you're at 4 seats. On Self-Serve that's 1 included + 3 extra = $49 + (3 × $49) = $196/month.
Adjustments mid-cycle
Seats aren't added automatically when someone accepts an invite — contact support to change how many seats you pay for:
- Adding a seat → prorated charge for the rest of the current cycle, plus full $49/cycle going forward.
- Removing a seat → prorated credit for the rest of the current cycle, applied to the next invoice.
Where to see your seat count
- The Team Members page (/dash/settings/billing/members) lists every active member and shows seats used against the seats in your plan.
- Settings → Billing shows how many seats are in your plan.
Free seats?
We don't offer "guest" or "viewer" free seats. Every active member is a paid seat. If you need someone to occasionally view properties without paying for a seat, the cleanest path is:
- Export pro-formas to Excel and share the spreadsheets.
- Use the Relm Report for high-stakes deals — the deliverable goes to whoever you want.
- Talk to us about Enterprise — seat pricing is custom for larger teams.
Seat limits
Self-Serve has no hard cap on seat count, but if your team is past ~5 seats it's worth pricing Enterprise. The math usually works out close to even past that point and Enterprise unlocks unlimited portfolios, a larger invoice-based credit allowance, and priority support.
Re-using seats
If a teammate leaves and another joins, just remove the old member and invite the new one. Your seat count stays at the same level; no extra charge.
