If you no longer need a Relm Pro account, you can delete it. This page describes what happens when you do.
Before you delete
A few things to check:
- Are you the only admin on your organization? If yes, deleting your account before deleting the organization may leave the org orphaned. Promote a teammate to admin first, or coordinate org deletion with our team.
- Are you the billing contact? Cancel your subscription first via Manage your subscription — deleting your account doesn't auto-cancel the subscription if billing was set up on the org rather than you personally.
- Do you need to export anything? Deletion takes effect immediately and can't be undone. Export pro-formas to Excel, save chat threads, archive any documents you care about.
How to delete
- Click your avatar (top-right) and choose Manage account.
- Open Security.
- Under Delete account, click Delete account.
- Type "Delete account" to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and permanently — there's no recovery window.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile (name, email, avatar).
- Your sessions — you're signed out everywhere.
- Your organization memberships — you're removed from every organization you belonged to.
- Your API keys — any keys you created are revoked.
As the confirmation dialog says, some associated data may be retained. To request full deletion, email legal@relm.ai.
What stays
- Properties and portfolios belong to the organization, not to you. They stay with the org.
- Documents you uploaded stay attached to their properties (the org owns them).
- Pro-formas you generated stay attached to their properties.
If you want the org to be deleted along with you, that's a separate step — see below.
Deleting an organization
Deleting an org is more involved than deleting a user. From the organization switcher next to your avatar:
- Click your organization's name and choose Manage.
- On the General tab, click Delete organization.
- Type the organization's name to confirm.
The organization is deleted immediately and permanently, and everyone loses access to its properties, portfolios, documents, chat history, and pro-formas right away. Deleting the organization doesn't by itself erase that data from our systems — to request full deletion, email legal@relm.ai.
Only org admins can delete an organization. If you're not sure who has admin role, see Roles.
No recovery window
Account and organization deletion can't be undone, and there's no restore option. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead.
Privacy
Deletion is final and permanent. Some records may be kept afterwards — our privacy policy allows certain information to be retained for up to seven years for legal and business purposes. See Privacy & data handling.
